It is good for those with a low to intermediate knowledge base of the subjects. Customer Rating: Summary: One of the weaker E&E titles Comment: I normally love E&E. (The civil procedure E&E is wonderful). This one highly lacks. The explanations of the concepts (before the examples) are poor. They barely skim the surface of certain concepts and as a result, I kept having to use another supplements to 'supplement' the explanations of this supplement.
